3 Chrome and Walnut Retro End Tables

Description

Group of late Mid Century Modern end tables. These pieces exemplify the transition from Danish Modern of the 1950s-1960s to the more glam look pioneered in the 1970s by American designers. The walnut wood, clean-line shape is in keeping with Scandinavian modern. However, glitzy elements are added with the chrome pulls and detail on the legs. The boxy, masculine stature takes the place of former open-airy form of early modern. Solid walnut top, sides are walnut patterned laminate (Formica). Each side table is finished on all four sides. The three tables all have different designs. We have a matching console / coffee table — pair it with these tables to complete your vintage living room.
