Description
Vintage 1960s bookshelf with draw bridge door. This is a modified piece. An orphaned Broyhill Sculptra hutch top was professionally outfitted with legs to stand alone as a bookcase. Strong and sturdy. No worry of bowing shelves with this all wood construction. Caned front draw bridge door neatly hides items from sight. This door is especially useful for homes with small children. Toddlers will have quite the time trying to open this door without hardware pulls. Interior cabinet space holds dividers to aid in organization. You could even unscrew the legs and mount this unit to a wall (mounting hardware not included). Once wall-mounted, the bottom cabinet acts as a secretary desk.
