Description
Vintage 1950s small, blond desk with hairpin supports. Long pencil tapered legs with atomic age flare. Finished on the back side as well. Large brass colored metal pulls adorn the two drawer facades. This desk weighs about 25lbs… yet is super sturdy! The unexpected stoutness is not doubt due to the added support of the oh so darling hairpin spanners. Such Mid Century Modern charm! Walter Gropius, founder of the Bauhaus would be proud. This desk truly holds up to his “form following function” philosophy. Complimentary Thonet side chair is included with this desk. Chair bears its maker’s mark.
