Rare vintage 1960s Broyhill Brasilia desk. Top surface has been professionally refinished, revealing the inherit beauty of the decades old walnut wood. Lots of storage with five drawers total, including 2 deep file drawers on both the left and right sides. This piece exhibits Oscar Niemeyer’s (designer of the Brasilia collection) famous Gothic inspired arch motif. This progressive design was awarded the Good Housekeeping seal of approval. Stamp is still present in the top drawer. All original hardware is present and radiant despite it’s age. Finished on the back side as well. Original caning on the opposite side of the desk is all intact and taught. Truly a remarkable find!
