Pair of matching vintage Mid Century Modern mahogany nightstands designed by American Edmund J. Spence, in Sweden. Each nightstand features a large cabinet space inside. The hardware free doors uphold the minimalist aesthetic of modern Scandinavian design. Deep, full-bodied, chocolatey tones with hints of burgundy in the rich mahogany. An heirloom piece — note the craftsmanship in the slight curve of nightstand’s front edifice. This is master cabinet making at it’s best. Excellent vintage condition with recently refinished tops. Stamped “Made in Sweden” on the back. We have matching triple dresser, credenza, king headboard, large mirror, and small dresser (sold separately).
