Likely American made… and clearly of superior quality. The photos do not do this table justice. The deep nutty wood has a pure, naked look to it. No glossy finishes to distract from the impressive natural beauty of the wood. Sweeping, swirling patterning to the grain. Reddish tint patina to the decades old table give it a warm feel. In amazing condition, and looks to be completely original with no refinishing. Rectangular shape with a slight taper at the far ends to help guide the eye along the vanishing point. Table is sturdy in the compact and expanded states — resting on pencil tapered Scandinavian style legs. Easily seat a party of 8, or even 10 depending on your chair size. Remove one or both of the 15.5″ wide table leafs to enjoy the table at a more compact size. Ideal for large families and those who like to entertain. This listing is for the table alone.
