Iconic Mid Century Modern design originated by Marcel Breuer, named after his college mate and legendary artist, Wassily Kandinsky. These two chairs are vintage reproductions of Breuer??s 1925 original design. Our were produced in the 1970s. Crafted of leather and tubular chrome. Leather remains taught, still deep black, with no rips or stains. The hand polished chrome is rust free. Stout, with ample girth and depth for today??s standards of comfort. These chairs are well made and have proved their quality after almost half a century. A much better alternative than cheap contemporary Chinese knock offs.
