Remarkable pair of vintage deck chairs. Appear to be made of teak wood. Each chair folds and reclines incrementally. Origins and age are ambiguous. The large flower like design in the center is reminiscent of South Asian motifs. Slatted construction is particularly unique. Fine details include the contoured head rest and blade like arms. Years of salt water and sun have given the chairs a charred look. Almost looks like they were burned by a wild flames. Surely a patina that cannot be easily replicated. Each chair is structurally sound. However, they may not be ideal for heavy use or large people. Fantastic statement pieces for your collection.
Great vintage condition. Frames have cosmetic wear consistent with age and use surmounting to character wear. Structurally sound -- although we do not recommend these chairs for heavy people.
