Two vintage butterfly chairs. Designed by architects Antonio Bonet, Juan Kurchan and Jorge Ferrari Hardoy. Often referred to as the “Hardoy Chair” or “BKF chair” in honor of the designers. Originated in 1938 and still in production today. One of the most recognizable chairs of the 20th Century. The ingenious, beautiful and comfortable design has made its stamp on history. This famous chair has a home in MOMA’s design collection and the Knoll Museum. Our chairs have been rehabbed with a fresh paint job on the metal skeleton. Seat covers are custom created, new.
