Handsome and stout Mid Century Modern Danish teak credenza. Designed by HP Hansen. Superior construction and craftsmanship. Teak veneer over solid wood core (as opposed to composite board, typical of similar units). Ample storage capacity with 3 bay configuration. Doors are easy gliding allowing effortless access to the interior. Left side holds a column of four felt lined, slim drawers. Center bay is a wide cabinet with a single adjustable height shelf. Slide the right door to reveal another cabinet with adjustable shelf. Front facade has a gentle bow, breaking free of the typical boxy form. Solid teak wood banding rounds the perimeter of the unit. Solid teak wood pulls are a subtle yet profound design. A prime example of the minimalist, smart, design that is Scandinavian Modern.
