Description
Stunning vintage redwood burlwood slat coffee table. Most spectacular are the clusters of red glass crystals embedded within the burl cavities. The rugged, natural, material has been sealed with water proof resin. The massive size alone is enough to stop you in your tracks. Photos do not do this piece justice. Light dances through the wood grain and ruby colored glass chunks as one moves about the piece. Golden redwood flesh and deep brown veins in the grain play brilliantly off the the deep red crystals and glimmering top finish. The base and edges are raw, unaltered by man. Simply frozen in time by the resin. Newly refinished.
