Red-orange suede, chrome and gold tinted mirrored glass dresser and mirror by Verardo. If that’s not enough mind bending 70’s magic for you, it also lights up. That’s right, you can actually set the mood with with two types of diffused light. Click button one to illuminate with a white glow through curved, rippled acrylic, and / or push button two for sexy red mood light. The lights can be singular or combined. This ultra modern and super rare dressing table and mirror are part of a larger set that includes a massive king bed and nightstands (sold separately). Made by Verardo in Italy, circa 1970’s. Covered head to toe in suede, this sultry and sinuous dresser features chrome pulls and a gold / brass metal plinth base that elevates the design to even greater adventurous heights. The dresser is actually two pieces. The top section rests on the lower section and can easily be lifted off for safe moving. The top section could also be used independently if you prefer to use them separately. Below the amorphic gold-tint mirrored glass top, four deep drawers open and close with very little effort.

Your eyes don’t deceive you, that is in fact red-orange suede, chrome and gold tinted mirrored bed with stereo, 8-track, phone and ashtray. Although the phone and 8-track are not in working order, the radio-tuner stereo performs beautifully. Elements of MCM, space-age and post-modern design coalesce. If that’s not enough mind bending 70’s magic for you, it also lights up. That’s right, you can actually set the cinematic mood with with assorted types of light. We upgraded the vintage bulbs with LED, so the light is brighter, safer and more efficient. A panel of buttons allow you full control. Push one to illuminate the Lucite pedestals from inside. Click another to control the eyeball lights that are recessed inside the arch. The lights can be singular or combined. This ultra modern and super rare bed was Made by Verardo in Italy, circa 1970’s. Covered head to toe in suede, this sultry and sinuous bed features bedside tables with chrome pulls and a gold / brass metal plinth base that elevates the design to even greater adventurous heights. The two suede nightstands contribute to this unique rare vintage set. Both of the nightstands have been refurbished with brand new, custom cut and fabricated bronzed mirror tops. The nightstand mirrors are a darker bronzed look than the headboard, but compliment the set beautifully and seamlessly.

Condition: Wear consistent with age and use. Very Good overall vintage condition. Lights work. Age appropriate wear and discoloration on sections of the suede on bed frame. Phone and 8-track are not working. Radio works. The nightstands have new bronzed mirror glass tops.

This item is already disassembled, and not on display at our Chattanooga store. It is available for local pick up, but please understand you will not see the bed assembled at the store. Please contact us ahead of time if you plan to stop by the store to purchase so that we an be properly prepared.
