Mid century modern bench with checked slat pattern. Exquisite construction with details that hint to Scandinavian production. Unmarked, but unmistakably fine. Slats of wood are woven together with overlapping joinery at far the far ends. Deep red brown patina to the half a century old wood. Use as a bench as originally intended or employ as a coffee table. Ideal for placement beneath a window, in a foyer or foot of a bed.
