Description
Set of eight mid century modern wicker and chrome dining chairs. Vintage 1970s. Set consists of two arm chairs and six armless side chairs. A daring marriage of natural and industrial materials. A look pioneered by legendary designer Mies Van Der Rohe and carried further into the 20th century by Harvey Probber. The organic texture of wicker contrasts beautifully against the hard lines and high shine of the chromed steel frames. Original owner kept pads on the chairs helping to preserve the wicker. The woven seats are in outstanding shape after nearly half-a-century of use. A testament to quality.

Condition
Wicker is in great original condition. Flaws in wicker shown in photos. Chrome bases all have some wear including patina, fine scratches and scuffs (see photos).
