Designed in 1959 by Kipp Stewart and Stewart MacDougall for Drexel?s Declaration line. One of the most sought after lines of American Mid Century Modern furniture. This stunning piece is made of wild grain walnut wood with beautiful bands of dark and light grain and sweeping cathedrals. White porcelain pulls accent the cabinet doors on the headboard. Features built in cabinet space and sliding doors that could replace the necessity of nightstands. We have the glass shelves for the interior cabinets (not shown in photos).
