Refinished mid century modern Danish teak dining table by Johannes Andersen. Exquisite design and craftsmanship. Produced by Udlum Mobelfrabrik. Vintage 1960s. Table top has been professionally refinished. Fine details are exhibited throughout the piece. Most intriguing are Andersen’s signature seamlessly sculpted “Y” shaped junctures where leg meets table. The table top is gently rounded with solid teak banding at the perimeter. Draw leaf extensions glide neatly under the table top. One person can easily expand the length by pulling the leaves from their storage position under the main table top. Table is quite large when extended. Comfortably seat a group of eight guests with a little room to spare if needed. Andersen’s masterpiece of table makes a striking focal point for your Scandinavian dining arrangement.
