We had these professionally reupholstered in a furry copper fabric and the results speak for themselves. Please compare our competitors offerings closely to see the difference we offer. The comfort level is off the charts, and this soft, teddy-bear fabric only makes them more cozy. The electric “wavelength” pattern style fabric adds to the boldness of these enigmatic lounge chairs. The sinister, brutalist goop tub frames are perfectly contrasted with the plushness of the fabric. We struggled to find the appropriate upholstery for these chairs, but the final product looks stunning. The fabric has variations in tones that change according to your vantage point. The nap can lay in one direction or another and appear brown, copper, gold, tan and many variations in between.

Impressive and hard to find Adrian Pearsall for Craft Associates Brutalist pod / tub chairs in gold resin. The elaborately decorated resin surfaces were borrowed from Paul Evans premium Brutalist studio pieces. The resin on these chairs has a goopy, heavily textured surface mimicking molten metal. Although made of resin, the surface looks metallic with gunmetal gray, bronze, gold, and black tones. There are etched elements and goopy molded forms resembling large sunflowers. The timelessness of these pieces cannot be overstated. An investment that is certain to appreciate over time.
Condition: Reupholstered. Wear consistent with age and use. Excellent overall restored condition. New upholstery. Resin surfaces have been touched up, cleaned and detailed.
