Unlike others you may find, this Arne Wahl Iversen desk has been professionally restored and also includes the original key for both locking drawers. Covered from head to toe in fiery, old-growth, cathedral grain teak. Made by Vinde Møbelfabrik in the 1960’s, this handsome and innovative writing desk has many Scandinavian practicalities, but the coolest feature by far is the two-tier design. A single small drawer up top, cubby space and vertical dividers add style and function. Expert craftsmanship is evidenced in the sculpted solid teak handles. The unique, thin profile affords ample room for nearly any size desk chair, while still allowing a surprising amount of storage. Brass spanners underneath provide both architectural stability and character. Finished on both sides and stunning from every angle, there’s no need to compromise function for form on this desk.
Includes original key for securing both drawers. Made in Denmark and Stamped on underside.
