Description
Look at the stunning grain on the rosewood. The maker utilized a diversity of palisander species to create contrasts between the edge band, tambour, top and sides. This exquisitely crafted vintage Danish rosewood credenza by Bernhard Pedersen & Son features solid, sculpted pulls that slide to reveal a gorgeous interior. As an added bonus, the back side is fully finished, ideal for open floor plans. Although practical as a sideboard, this is the perfect media center.
The large cabinet spaces provide amble room for 12 inch LP records and components. Mount your flat screen above or place on the top with a stand. The unit features elegant tambour doors that conceal three internal cabinets. Felt-lined drawers in the middle and adjustable / removable shelves on the left and right. The tambour doors are made of thin bands of rosewood so finely assembled that the doors appear to be one solid sheet of rosewood. This pleated design allows the doors to roll back on a track system so that you never have the inconvenience of doors jutting out into the walkway. A practical mix of drawers and cabinet space make this piece versatile. Use it as a dresser in the bedroom, bar or buffet in the dining room. The top two drawers feature dividing trays that can be used for silverware or jewelry. Only the best materials were used on this one.
