This stunning pair of Adrian Pearsall 705-CW chairs have been lovingly restored. The vintage 1960s chairs, produced by Craft Associates, now feature brand new violet colored wool. Rest comfortably with the accompanying foot stool. The ottoman is also authentic mid-century modern, but not designed by Pearsall. We paired the ottoman with the chairs because it is such a perfect match! These chairs are functional artwork. The sculptural solid walnut arms arch dramatically with an organic flow transitioning into architectural legs. The scoop design aids in comfort, creating the perfect lounge position.
The key to any restoration is making improvements without making it look as though anything has been done. This piece now looks like a museum installation. Every inch was stripped down and rebuilt to ensure many more decades of comfort and style. New foam, webbing and period appropriate plum wood fabric (in both chair and otto) have been expertly crafted and tailored by our 30 year experience in-house upholsterer. The walnut has been completely detailed and looks stunning.
