Spectacular vintage George Nakashima style live edge cross section cypress slab coffee table. The rustic modern table has been restored with a newly poured scratch free resin surface. The naturally formed cavities have smoothed over like glass. The edges are raw, unaltered by man. The rugged, natural, material has been forever captured in time with resin. No goofy hairpin legs on this one. The top is easily supported by a massive charred stump. The stump has was not covered in resin, instead, our team did a spray poly clear coat. The gloss clear on the base perfectly locks the char while preserving the texture and natural look. Light ignites this table, dancing through the brilliant hues of patina, illuminating the warm honey colored wood. A sight to behold when viewed in person.
