One-of-a-kind Danish teak record cabinet media cabinet on hairpin legs. This piece is a custom fabrication created from vintage parts, you won’t find another! The Danish teak cabinet is vintage 1970s. The cabinet has been outfitted with a single shelf and new steel hairpin legs. Our shop elevated (literally) this teak cabinet with a sleek set of 16″ metal hairpin legs. Instead of going the easy route with screws, we opted to install 12 threaded insert nuts. This provides for substantial strength and stability. The legs can now be easily bolted and unbolted without wearing out the connection.
The versatile media stand can be used as a record cabinet or small TV stand. Place your stereo receiver on the shelf (as pictured) and your record player on top. Conveniently store dozens of records in the lower portion of the cabinet. Steel hairpin legs create a strong foundation for the cabinet.
