Description
The possibilities are endless for this American made Drexel Eastrend occasional table. This is the first piece we’ve ever seen from the line and struggled to find any information about it’s designers. Similar to the works of John Van Koert, the overall look is difficult to categorize. A mix of Art Deco, MCM and Biedermeier influences. Supported by a column accented by burl, the overall look has synergy of subtle style combinations that work perfectly to keep this table timeless.
The honey colored walnut / pecan top has a lot of intention and design elements when you look close. The sculpted edge band wraps the rounded square top with added character, only outdone by the diamond parquet inlay marquetry.
25.75” Square x 21.75” High
Condition: Excellent overall condition. Table top has been professionally refinished by our in-house restoration team. Only very minor imperfections remain.
