Description
Exquisitely crafted vintage 1970s Danish teak credenza by Dyrlund. This is the perfect media center. The large cabinet spaces provide amble room for 12 inch LP records and components. Mount your flat screen above or place on the top with a Stand. The unit features elegant tambour doors that conceal three internal cabinets. Slide the doors to reveal a center column of five drawers with crescent cut pulls. Teak drawers in the middle and adjustable / removable shelves on the left and right. The tambour doors are made of thin bands of teak so finely assembled that the doors appear to be one solid sheet of teak. This pleated design allows the doors to roll back on a track system so that you never have the inconvenience of doors jutting out into the walkway. A practical mix of drawers and cabinet space make this piece versatile. Use it as a dresser in the bedroom, TV Stand in the living room or buffet in the dining room. The top two drawers feature dividing trays that can be used for silverware or jewelry. Look at the stunning grain on the teak wood! Only the best materials were used on this one.
Excellent vintage condition. Top has minor color variations. Professionally detailed top to bottom, inside and out. Tambour glides effortlessly. Cabinet is superbly built. rigid and straight with no sagging. Brass coin maker’s mark on the interior.
