Early 20th Century Globe Wernicke modular oak file cabinets. Catalog number “3325-v.l.” Original manufacturer labels and “1917” patent stamp. Rare, modular model consisting of four double file units and detachable base. Previously owned by the U.S. Guard, with Coast Guard labels still present. The modular configuration allowed for the mobility necessary for military missions. Weathered oak wood evidences a storied, dutiful life. All drawers are constructed of wood except the top two drawers which are metal. Ideal for your industrial, antique or vintage office.
