Description
This unique bamboo and rattan pagoda style coffee table was designed by John Wisner for Ficks Reed, circa 1950s. John Wisner graduated from Parsons School Of Design in 1935 and designed for both private clients, and corporate clients including Dorothy Draper and Ficks Reed, where he was noted for his ‘Far Horizons’ collection of 1954 which incorporated eastern elements. This classic piece of eastern influenced modern American design boasts beautifully crafted bamboo and rattan with well sculptured joints.
Includes original, removable wood trays.
