This stunning set of six Danish teak dining chairs by Kai Kristiansen is a rarity. The distinctive tall, ladderback design is not often found in Scandinavian chairs. Most Danish dining chairs have a short back that lands beneath the shoulder blades. Kristiansen’s ladderback design deviates from the norm, adding drama to your dining space. The tall, contoured back is not just aesthetically pleasing. The subtle curve and height of the back rest provide comfortable support to individuals both short and tall. Kristiansen’s mastery is evident throughout the elegantly sculpted chairs. The chairs have been restored and feature new violet tweed upholstery on the seats.
