Pair of vintage 1970s monumental end tables with glass covered cane tops. The obtuse profile of these vintage tables speaks directly to the Nineteen-Laties aesthetic. The large rectangular cubes are made of oak with an elegant fly speck finish. A single band of solid oak molding wraps around the tables at center adding to the visual appeal. The real majesty is the top view. Here you can see the caned top, still with rich coloring. The caning has been beautifully preserved under a pane of glass. Glass both protects the caning and provides an easy to maintain table top surface. Simply wipe away spills and drips. No need to worry about polishing the table top. Windex will do just fine!
