Massive vintage teak root pedestal. Magnificent natural specimen fashioned into a four platform pedestal. The solid teak wood root exhibits a multitude of textures. Hairline cracks run throughout he surface like veins. Swaths of nodules coat the sides of the boulder like object. At center is a large cavity with strands of thin root weaving about. Finished in the round. Ideal for displaying sculpture, glass, pottery or plants.
