Mid century modern high boy dresser by Milo Baughman for Drexel’s “New Today’s Living” collection. The dresser is American made of elm wood with black lacquered legs – an original feature. The chest features unique bone shaped metal pulls and sleek minimalist form. The elm wood is a atypical luxury deviating from the common walnut that dominated American furniture in the period. This dresser has been updated with a painted black top surface to compliment the original black legs. A new piece of custom cut glass is included to protect the top surface. Matching three drawer chest is available (sold separately).
