Amazing find — complete Mid Century Modern 1950s atomic rockabilly age king bed. Bed’s beyond full size are rare enough for this era, we are pleased to present this birch and beech wood blond high gloss lacquer finish bed. This package includes the side rails, foot board, head board, center rail and two excellent condition custom box springs. Use one king mattress or two twins (as originally intended). This is a low profile bed similar in stature to a Danish or contemporary platform bed. Heirloom quality — this is a masterpiece of design. Fabricated by Nussbaum, master furniture maker. German engineering at it’s best. This bed is a breeze to put together. No flimsy dowels, slats, and particle board found in Danish platform beds.
