The surface of the lamp undulates with areas of teal and blue. Look closely to see the drip texture with streams of brown running down the lamp. The captivating blue color evokes the magical hue of Lapis Lazuli. The varied tones and speckled texture mimic the waters of the Aegean Sea. The ceramic is attributed as Italian. The socket, plug and wiring are American… it is a standard American lamp. The beautiful ceramic body sits atop metal base with substantial patina, garnered with age.
