Description
This luxurious walnut swivelling lounge chair was designed by George Mulhauser for Plycraft. Similar chairs have been spotted but this version with the removable arms is nearly impossible to find. Our in-house upholster redid the seat and back in white leather and mimicked the original button and stitch pattern. The staples on the bottom of the chair are indicative of the familiar Plycraft paper label that once was. The chair sits and rotates 360 degrees on a four spoke steel base.
This is a very rare version of an already hard to find piece. The horn shape design on the frame sets this apart from the typical Mulhauser style.
