Completely original Mid Century Modern sofa by Arden Riddle. Boutique bench maker and artist based in Copley, Ohio. Stamped “Arden Riddle 1978.” Exceptionally well crafted. Hearty down filled cushions provide ample comfort. An array of sheath covered coil springs supports the seat and back rest. These supports are exposed on the back side as the artist proudly displays his ingenuity. Original tweed style fabric is overtly neutral with threads of browns, beige, ivory, yellow and burnt orange. Thick wedge shaped slabs of walnut give the sofa an architectural profile. A stylish, retro sofa that can stand up to heavy every day use and meet for desire for true comfort.
