American made, vintage 1960s, this handsome pair cuts a wicked silhouette with the sharply angled “Z” shaped arms and legs. The solid walnut wood frames are sturdy, exemplary of the expert craftsmanship of mid 20th century American design. Unlabeled but truly remarkable. Hallmarks of exceptional quality include a steel frame upper back that joins the wood frame. Our team deconstructed these chairs to restore them, and it was quite a challenge to unravel a pair of chairs that had such ingenious composition.
