Handsome pair of vintage ceramic Lotte lamps, model 1500 with original M-I shades. The iconic lamps were designed by Danish immigrant family, Lotte and Gunnar Bostlund. The couple began making the lamps in Canada and expanded production after moving to American. It was a family affair with son, Morten and siblings later contributing to the design and production. This pair of lamps features a warm brown glaze that resembles the color of a Kalamata olive.
