Description
Such amazing form to this Mid Century Modern Adrian Pearsall style chair. High back adds drama, draws the eye into a space. Original mustard to olive green colored tweed style upholstery. Back and seat cushions are 1960s era flower pattern. Be sure to look at all or our photos. This chair delights the eye from every angle! See how the arm rests gently flare outward like flower petals. The legs bow gently as if sculpted by water. Gazing at this chair, one cannot help to wonder how contemporary furniture came to be so uninspired. This is a project chair. It is completely structurally sound. Flaws include a rip in the seat cushion and crumbling foam in the back rest and seat cushion. The body of the chair is good. Only the areas covered by flower pattern fabric need foam replacement. We don’t typically sell project pieces. Lately we’ve had lots of requests for unfinished pieces. This is a great opportunity to take a fabulous chair and rehab it to suit your space exactly. We have a matching sofa and short lounge chair that are ready to use (sold separately).
