Description
Beautifully restored Broyhill Chapter One Dry Bar / Media Cabinet, vintage 1970s. Every inch of painted wood was professionally sanded primed and painted. The doors of this Chapter One record cabinet were originally green, but we went with a canary yellow lacquer instead. The laminate top and chrome pulls were finally buffed and polished to a glassy shine. It’s tough to see this one go, but we know it will be loved. The bright yellow doors captures the playful spirit of the 1970s. s. Two hinged doors conceal a removable / adjustable shelf, making this piece ideal as a dry bar or record cabinet. We drilled a hole in the back panel to allow wires to pass thru and components to vent. The space-age look has never been more desirable, which may help explain the recent scarcity of all things Chapter One.
This listing is for the cabinet alone. The stereo receiver, bookcase, and other items shown are available and sold separately.
