Description
Stellar slim line, Nutone 2201 phonograph, AM/FM, MP3 player (iPod) ready stereo. Circa 1970, this Mid Century Modern stereo comes complete with it’s original pamphlets. Originally this piece came to use with weak speakers, flawed turntable and an 8-track deck. Our ever-talented audio master breathed new life into this retro stereo. Enter the 21st Century with the new gold plated aux RCA input iPod (Mp3 player) dock. Enjoy the warm vintage sounds of needle on vinyl while style having the opportunity to listen to an uninterrupted stream of all your latest iTunes downloads. The Great Rafu also added 2″ x 5″ mid horns to increase the quality and power behind the sound. Record player stows away in the vertical position and drops down during use. This piece was designed to be wall mounted. We added legs to so that it could stand independently. However, the legs unscrew if you prefer to remove them and wall-mount. Come see and hear this beauty in person at our store. While you’re there, peruse our hand-picked vinyl section and wide array of retro speakers, turntables and receivers… all off which have passed the rigorous fitness test of our audio tech, Rafu.
