Description
Bohemian meets chic with this vintage 1970s round glass topped rattan pedestal dining table. One can’t hep but to admire the craftsmanship at work in the intricately woven base. Four sides of the base are bound by steel hardware, lending stability. Peer closely at the rattan surface and notice the novel flyspeck finish. Speckled black paint, “flyspeck,” was a popular trend in furniture design in the later 1960s-1970s. This unique finish is a tell-tale sign of vintage authenticity. The table as been restored with a new 52″ diameter tempered glass top.
