Lots of personality in this Scandinavian influenced American Mid Century Modern lounge chair. Originally, this chair came to us with dingy baby blue crushed velvet fabric. That was a little too much funk for us. Our upholsters recovered this handsome chair with a fun geometric fabric. Still maintaining a playful feel, but more tastefully so. The brown based fabric has instances of orange, blue, green, and rust colored red woven in the hexagonal geometric pattern. The high back reaches upward, creating a commanding presence. Caning on the side, spindles on the back, angled legs — engaging the eye from all angles. This is your “wow” piece. The element in your room that gives it a pop.
Great vintage condition. New upholstery. Caning all intact. Some minor age appropriate wear on the wood frames (see photos).
