Huge early Mid Century Modern dining table by George Nelson. Model #4721 from the celebrated designer’s “Primavera” collection. The largest table from the collection. Over nine feet long when both leaves are extended. Two 20″ wide butterfly leaves are conveniently stowed beneath the table top. Easy gliding mechanism allows for effortless expansion. Seats parties of 4-12 guests. Wood support beams span the length of the table, maintaining sturdiness. Produced in the 1950s for Herman Miller. Golden patina to the half-century old wood.
