Description
PAIR of vintage 1960’s Art Deco metal / iron torchiere floor lamps. Look close and you’ll see that they’re not exactly matching. Lamp “A” has a textured stem, while Lamp “B” has smooth metal stem. Both are painted in the same flat black color. Lamp “A” brass shade also has a slightly more bronze colored tone, while lamp “B” shade appears more silver.
Gilded age glamour and art deco combine to create a truly timeless style that can work nicely with nearly every motif. The brass cymbal shaped shades sit atop three gold metal / brass “shocks”. These metal accents set a tasteful tone and play well off of the black stems. A single brass ringlet collar near the top, punctuates this motif.
The lamps are anchored with metal legs that provide a wide stance for both stability and architectural esthetic. Each lamp comes with it’s original dimmer switch. Both lamps are in working condition.
