Description
Stunning pair of vintage 1980s Patrick Nagel prints. These two images work perfectly as a duo! The first image is “Portfolio 1” – a young woman wearing a bralette and headband. The second image is “Classic Visions” featuring a woman with her back facing the viewer as she coyly peers over her shoulder. Anyone who’s been alive during the later 20th century most certainly recognizes Nagel’s work. Mr. Nagel has cemented himself in the pop-culture lexicon along with the likes of Warhol and Lichtenstein. Many might recognize his work from Duran Duran’s “Rio” album cover. Playboy fans may recognize Nagel’s work from one of the over 200 images he produced for the magazine. His style has been imitated far and wide, defining the 1980s look. The “Nagel Woman” encapsulates the glamour and of the 1980s like no other. The “Nagel Woman” is to the 1980s as the disco ball is to the 1970s – icons of an era. Both prints are the same dimension and housed in identical frames. The frames are black metal with glass panels protecting the art.
24.25” Wide x .75” Deep x 36.25” High

The images are overall clean. Blemishes can be seen on art on close inspection including some white specks and faint water marks. Metal frames have some scratches. Small chip in glass along perimeter of one piece.
