Beautifully preserved Post Modern tuxedo armchair. This vintage 1980s tuxedo armchair is in time capsule condition. A tuxedo chair simply means that the arms are the same height as the back giving it a cube-like shape. These proportions create a tightly tailored look — hence the tuxedo likeness. The thick seat cushions and pillows make these pieces supremely comfortable. This is vintage furniture that is meant to be lived in. The arms are upholstered with solid oak and metallic gold colored trim. Two casters act as thee front legs while the two back legs are standard tapered wood. A matching standard sofa and love seat are available, sold separately.
