Description
Restored mid century modern Danish teak draw leaf dining table. This table has a special feature, a lip along the main table top perimeter that conceals the leaves when they are stowed. The draw leaf design is popular for its convenience. One person can easily slide each extension beneath the main table top, and pull them out when ready to expand. Typical tables create a “double layer” of main table top and leaves. The lip on this table hides the double layer, making it appear as one single table top when compact — giving a cleaner look more in step with Scandinavian minimalism.
