Vintage 1962 Stromberg-Carlson “Young American” tube console stereo. This unit is in working order with phonograph, AM/FM tuner stereo in a stellar Mid Century Modern Danish style cabinet. Model RP-781 WO, features include an unprecedented 140 Watts per channel into a pair of huge 15″ woofers in perfect condition with no dry rot or damage. Rare all tube components — not solid state. Tubed amp and tube pre-amp. Original operations manual included. Handsome, Danish style cabinet design. Note the Scandinavian inspired design of the legs.
