Description
Something old, something new, something borrowed… but it’s not blue. This Mid-Century Modern boomerang desk is a new creation made from vintage parts. The restored Mid-Century Modern boomerang table top has been married to an authentic Eames table base. Our restoration team fashioned this versatile, sleek, piece that can be used as a table or desk. The Atomic Age table top arches, with a narrow left side broadening as it bends toward the right. Savvy collector’s will immediately recognize the aluminum Eames base, first designed in 1964 for Herman Miller. The sleek, stem-like, base maximizes leg room. The table has two of the signature four-prong aluminum bases. Leveling glides on the feet to correct uneven floor surfaces. This piece is a one-of-a-kind creation built on a legendary foundation.
